André graduated from the University of Free State in 1984 and qualified as a CA (SA) in 1987. In 1991 André left Price Waterhouse Coopers and together with Tenk Loubser and Francine-Ann du Plessis founded Loubser du Plessis – Auditors.  He became senior director and the auditing firm was transformed into the multi-disciplinary LDP financial services group. André offers specialised financial services including management advice, wealth management and taxation. He is married to Philene and has two sons. The family enjoys playing golf, tennis, travelling and camping.

Iaan graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 1996 and University of South Africa in 1998. He qualified as a CA (SA) in 1999. Iaan specialises in audit and business advisory services in the following industries: manufacturing, construction, property development, retail, transport, private equity and professional services. He enjoys the great outdoors, especially overlanding into Africa, traveling and water sports. He is married to Genevieve and has two sons.

Francois graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 1995 and qualified as a CA (SA) in 1998. Francois specialises in the auditing of, accounting and consultation services to wine farms, construction and retail companies. He is a keen mountain biker and stage and endurance cyclist, enjoys camping, outdoor activities, traveling on gravel roads and reading.

Johann graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2005 and qualified as a CA (SA) in 2008. Johann specialises in audit, accounting, valuations and corporate finance for Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs). He enjoys mountain biking, outdoor activities and traveling.

Jana graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2001 and qualified as a CA (SA) in 2008. Jana specialises in audits of large private groups with specific emphasis on the overall technical excellence of the firm. She has advanced consulting experience in Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Codes of good practice and implementing transformation strategies. She loves spending time with an extended family, is an avid reader and loves travelling the world.

Willene graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2007 and qualified as a CA (SA) in 2012. Willene’s expertise lies in auditing companies in various sectors of the economy and specialises in the property and agricultural sectors. She and her husband Chris have a son and a daughter and they enjoy spending time sightseeing and travelling around the world to experience different cultures and cuisines.

Emile graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2011, obtaining her BAcc (Hons) degree. She completed her articles at a medium-sized audit firm in Cape Town, where she continued her career and progressed to the role of Audit Manager. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2014 and was registered as an Assessor in 2018.

In 2025, she further enhanced her professional credentials by obtaining her Registered Auditor (RA) designation and registering with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA). Emile has gained valuable experience in financial reporting, having served as a Financial Reporter to the EMEA, Group Financial Controller and CFO. Her core expertise lies in auditing companies across a range of sectors, with a strong focus on IFRS and IFRS for SMEs frameworks.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Emile enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons. She has a passion for outdoor activities, including camping and gardening.

Cornell graduated at the University of Bloemfontein in 2015, qualified as CA(SA) in 2018, RA in 2021 and a Registered Assessor in 2023. He was a manager at LDP for three years and worked two years in Cape Town as manager and associate before returning to LDP as director. He has auditing experience in numerous industries ranging from wine and fruit farms, estate agents, sectional titles, attorneys, hotels, manufacturing, engineering services and wholesalers to name a few. In his free time, he likes to go camping, fishing and cycling.

Jana graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2017 and commenced her professional career immediately thereafter as an audit trainee at LDP. While working full-time, she furthered her studies and obtained her Honours degree from the University of South Africa in 2019. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2022 and successfully obtained her Registered Auditor (RA) designation in 2025.

During her time at LDP, Jana has gained extensive experience across a range of industries, with particular expertise in construction, property, retail, and transport.

Outside of her professional commitments, Jana has a keen interest in the outdoors and enjoys activities such as hiking and padel. She also values spending quality time with friends and family, often over a braai or shared meals.

Nadia completed her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Sciences at the University of Pretoria, followed by a BCom Honours degree at the University of Johannesburg. She completed her traineeship at LDP, where she spent three years developing a strong foundation in audit and assurance.

Following her time at LDP, she broadened her professional experience through an international secondment, as well as gaining valuable exposure in a financial management role. She further advanced her career at another firm, where she served as an Audit Director for two years. Nadia is a Registered Auditor (RA) and a qualified CA(SA).

Outside of her professional commitments, Nadia enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Ian, and their two dapple dachshunds, as well as with both her and her husband’s families. She also has a passion for baking and travelling to new places.

Thinus, completed his undergraduate degree at North-West University (NWU) in 2015, followed by his Honours degree in 2016. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2019 and subsequently obtained his Registered Auditor (RA) designation with IRBA in 2023. He began his articles in 2017, where he was recognised as the top trainee in his year group. He progressed and was appointed as an Associate Director in 2022.

Thinus has gained valuable exposure across a broad range of industries, including agriculture, financial services, retail, manufacturing, energy, and mining. In addition to audit, he has also developed experience in tax consulting services.

Outside of his professional commitments, Thinus enjoys playing golf, cycling, and running, and values spending quality time with his family over weekends.

Alicia, completed her traineeship at LDP from 2014 to 2016, where she developed a strong foundation in audit and assurance. In 2017, she gained experience in the equity investment environment, working as a trader with responsibilities that included investment research and advisory.

She returned to LDP in 2018 as an Audit Senior and continued to grow within the firm. In 2019, Alicia was appointed as the Head of the IT department, and in 2026 she was promoted to Associate Director of IT. She is eligible to register as a Chartered Accountant (SA) and is currently pursuing her Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification through ISACA. Alicia has a strong passion for IT audits, systems auditing, and driving system and productivity enhancements.

Outside of her professional commitments, Alicia is a registered Advanced Diver and enjoys spending time at the sea. She values quality time with her husband and her dogs.
